Victor Anteke Akpanudonde, Esq. is a Nigerian legal practitioner and a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Calabar (UNICAL), one of Nigeria's foremost institutions for legal education. He is currently studying at the Harvard Business School Online for a Certificate of Specialization in Leadership and Management.

He is committed to the advancement of the legal profession and has demonstrated a strong interest in public policy, corporate governance, international law, energy and maritime law, youth development, and sustainable economic development.

He also serves as the Coordinator of the Akwa Ibom Youths Development Forum (AYDF), through which he actively champions youth empowerment, inclusion, and capacity-building initiatives across the state.

His involvement reflects a deep personal commitment to youth development, mentorship, and creating sustainable opportunities for young people to thrive.

Beyond legal practice, he is actively involved in promoting initiatives that empower young people through education, entrepreneurship, technology, and strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors.

Victor is also known for developing policy proposals and institutional partnerships aimed at fostering investment, community development, and human capital development, particularly in Akwa Ibom State and across Nigeria.

His professional philosophy is rooted in integrity, excellence, service, and the belief that the law is a powerful instrument for justice, nation-building, and sustainable development.

As a lawyer, he remains dedicated to providing sound legal solutions, advancing the rule of law, and contributing to national development through advocacy, leadership, and innovative legal and policy initiatives.

Ifiok Abel Clement serves as the Coordinating Secretary of the Akwa Ibom Youths Development Forum (AYDF), where he plays a pivotal role in coordinating the Forum's administrative, operational, and strategic activities. He is committed to advancing youth empowerment, leadership development, and sustainable community engagement across Akwa Ibom State.

A trained professional in the field of science, Mr. Clement holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Analytical Chemistry from Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic.

His academic background has equipped him with strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, which he effectively applies in organizational management and youth-focused initiatives.

As Coordinating Secretary, he is responsible for facilitating communication among stakeholders, coordinating programmes and projects, maintaining institutional records, and supporting the implementation of AYDF's vision of empowering young people through education, entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation, and civic participation.

Driven by a passion for service and community development, Ifiok Abel Clement continues to contribute to initiatives that promote youth inclusion, capacity building, and strategic partnerships, reinforcing AYDF's mission of nurturing a new generation of responsible, productive, and transformational leaders in Akwa Ibom State and beyond.

Moses Finbarr is an accomplished Nigerian security and oil and gas professional with over a decade of experience in pipeline security, intelligence gathering, anti-crude-theft operations, risk analysis, investigations, threat assessment, crisis management and the protection of critical oil and gas infrastructure.

He serves as Director, Intergovernmental Relations, Akwa Ibom Youths Development Forum (AYDF) and as Representative of Oil and Gas Producing Host Communities in Akwa Ibom State. In these capacities, he brings his extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, security management, stakeholder engagement and community relations to matters concerning government relations, host-community development and strategic engagement with relevant institutions and industry stakeholders.

Professionally, Moses serves with the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), Eastern Division, as a Pipeline Security Superintendent (Anti-Crude Theft), East & West. He has held progressively responsible assignments, including Pipeline Security Superintendent, Central Gas Line East; Pipeline Security Coordinator, Soku Operations East; and Pipeline Security Coordinator, Focados Terminal. His responsibilities include coordinating security operations, supporting Nigerian Government Security Agencies in combating crude oil theft, conducting field security assessments, coordinating security escorts, gathering intelligence and ensuring prompt responses to emerging security threats.

Moses has extensive experience in intelligence-led security operations, including Point of Interest data analysis, threat identification, pipeline surveillance, drone and overflight intelligence, sting operations, security hotspot identification and coordination of Special Operations Teams. He has participated in numerous interventions involving theft-line removal, pipeline protection and intelligence-led operations across the Eastern and Western Corridors. He has also worked closely with the Nigerian Army, Nigeria Police Force, NSCDC and other government security agencies in protecting national assets and combating crude oil theft.

His professional expertise encompasses Security Risk Assessments, Security Operating Procedures, contingency planning, emergency response, incident investigation, crisis management, surveillance, conflict resolution and stakeholder coordination. His experience working with pipeline asset managers, Right of Way teams, community relations teams and security agencies provides him with a strong understanding of the relationship between security, communities, government and the oil and gas industry.

Academically, he holds a B.Sc. in Sociology from the University of Port Harcourt, an M.Sc. in Industrial Sociology from Rivers State University, and an HND in Criminology and Security Studies from the National Open University of Nigeria. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial Sociology at Rivers State University.

He has undertaken specialized professional training in HSE, offshore safety, emergency response, security supervision, kidnap awareness, security and human rights, Joint Investigation Visits (JIV), survival at sea and BOSIET. His professional achievements have earned him several recognitions, including a Shell Winning Ways of Working Gold Award and awards for outstanding leadership, support to the Nigerian Army in combating crude oil theft, and protection of national pipeline assets.

With his combination of security leadership, oil and gas industry experience, academic expertise, intergovernmental engagement and knowledge of host-community dynamics, Moses Finbarr brings valuable professional and strategic experience to the leadership and development objectives of the Akwa Ibom Youths Development Forum.

Mr. Iniobong Udofia is a trained computer studies professional and youth development advocate who currently serves as the Representative, Eket Senatorial District, Akwa Ibom Youths Development Forum (AYDF).

He holds a Diploma in Computer Studies from Heritage Polytechnic, Eket, Akwa Ibom State, where he acquired foundational knowledge and practical skills in computer technology, information processing, digital applications, and information and communication technology. Heritage Polytechnic is located in Ikot Udota, Eket, and is licensed and accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).

In his capacity as Representative for Eket Senatorial District, Mr. Udofia contributes to the representation and coordination of young people within the Senatorial District.

His role involves promoting youth participation, engagement, empowerment, and development, while serving as a link between young people at the grassroots and the broader leadership structure of AYDF at the state and national levels.

With a background in technology and an active interest in youth development, Mr. Udofia represents the emerging generation of young professionals committed to using their skills, leadership capacity, and community engagement to contribute to the socio-economic development of Akwa Ibom State.

Current position: Youth Representative, Eket Senatorial District — Akwa Ibom Youths Development Forum (AYDF).

Mr. Samuel Ekanem is a contractor and professional practitioner in the civil construction industry, with practical experience in construction-related activities and infrastructure development. His professional interests include civil works, project execution, construction coordination, and the delivery of quality infrastructure.

He currently serves as the Representative of Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District in the Akwa Ibom Youths Development Forum (AYDF), where he contributes to youth representation, engagement, and development across the Senatorial District.

In his capacity as a Senatorial District Representative, Mr. Ekanem serves as a link between young people within the Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District and the broader leadership structure of AYDF. He is committed to promoting youth participation, empowerment, skills development, entrepreneurship, and opportunities that can contribute to sustainable socio-economic development.

His background in the civil construction sector also gives him practical insight into the importance of infrastructure development, technical skills acquisition, employment creation, and entrepreneurship as tools for transforming communities and improving the livelihoods of young people.

Mr. Kinsley Bassey is a graduate of Chemistry and a youth development advocate who is actively involved in the representation and advancement of young people in Akwa Ibom State.

He currently serves as the Representative of Uyo Senatorial District in the Akwa Ibom Youths Development Forum (AYDF), contributing to the Forum's mission of promoting youth participation, empowerment, leadership development and socio-economic advancement.

Mr. Bassey holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

His academic training in Chemistry has provided him with a strong foundation in scientific reasoning, analytical thinking, observation, research, problem-solving, and evidence-based decision-making. These competencies are relevant not only to the scientific field but also to leadership, administration, organizational development, and community-oriented initiatives.

As the AYDF Representative for Uyo Senatorial District, Mr. Bassey plays an important role in ensuring that the interests, aspirations, and developmental concerns of young people within the Senatorial District are represented within the Forum. His position places him within the grassroots leadership structure of AYDF, where effective communication, consultation, coordination, and youth engagement are essential.

In this capacity, he is expected to contribute to initiatives designed to encourage young people to become active participants in the social and economic development of their communities. His areas of interest within youth development include leadership development, education, skills acquisition, entrepreneurship, digital inclusion, employment opportunities, civic participation, and capacity building.

Mr. Bassey's scientific background also gives him an appreciation of the importance of education, technical competence, innovation, and continuous learning in addressing contemporary developmental challenges. He recognizes that the transformation of Akwa Ibom State requires deliberate investment in human capital and the creation of opportunities through which young people can acquire relevant knowledge and practical skills.

Through his involvement with AYDF, Mr. Bassey contributes to the Forum's broader objective of building a structured platform through which young people across the three Senatorial Districts of Akwa Ibom State can engage constructively with government, private-sector, oil and gas companies operating in Akwa Ibom State, civil society organizations, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

He is particularly positioned to contribute to programmes that promote youth empowerment, professional development, entrepreneurship, scientific and technological awareness, community development, and responsible youth leadership. His role as a Senatorial District Representative provides an avenue for identifying grassroots needs and ensuring that youth-focused programmes and opportunities are effectively communicated and accessed by young people at the district level.

Mr. Bassey brings together an academic foundation in the sciences and an active commitment to youth representation. His participation in AYDF reflects a broader vision of encouraging young professionals and emerging leaders to take responsibility for the development of their communities and to contribute meaningfully to the future of Akwa Ibom State.
